Hi, I’m Ally, a Transformational Coach and Trauma Integration Mentor.

For the past six years, I’ve walked beside people as they integrated collapse, freeze and trauma and reconnected with their Soul's essence.

How long are the lessons?

I tend to rush through courses. How do I stop?

Rushing is a survival pattern. Use the course to build capacity for the discomfort of going slower and giving space for exploration and integration.

Will this overwhelm me?
